High Performance Seeds chose Eco-Span for its clean interior finish, cost-effectiveness, and design flexibility. Unlike steel or pole buildings, Eco-Span structures avoid exposed bracing, struts, cables, and z-purlins—resulting in a smooth, easy-to-clean interior critical for agricultural processing. Our vaulted roof system also met the client’s need for open vertical space inside the warehouse.

This 9,760-square-foot warehouse—with an attached two-story office—supports High Performance Seeds’ operations in organic agriculture. The 80x85 section is dedicated to mustard seed storage, while the 80x37 space houses seed cleaning, processing, and packaging. Built with hygiene and efficiency in mind, the facility helps the company meet strict quality standards in their work with certified organic seed systems.
